Your browser may be configured in a manner that does not work with the Ebates program. If so, you may have trouble logging in or reaching our merchant sites. Below are some steps that you can take to adjust the settings of supported browsers to avoid these problems.

Step 1: On the Tools dropdown menu, select Internet Options.

Step 2: In the Internet Options dialog box, click the "Security Tab". Move the Security slider to "Medium-high" and click OK.

Step 1: PC users, select Options from the Firefox dropdown menu. Mac users, select "Preferences."

Step 2: Click the "Privacy" tab on the tool bar, select "Use custom settings for history"
Step 3: Click "Exceptions", enter www.ebates.ca and click on "Allow".
Step 4: Close the window and then click OK.

Step 3: Under "Cookies" click the manage exceptions..." button

Step 2: Under "Privacy" click the "Content settings..." button.

Step 4: Enter "ebates.ca" with "Allow" and click OK.
